Original Paintings: Any original painting, whether acrylic or oil, is refundable within 7 days of the delivery date.

Custom Orders: Any custom paintings, prints, drawings, or artwork is NOT refundable.

Prints: All prints are made to order and are NOT refundable.

Bottle Artwork: Given the nature of this artwork, it is fully customized and hand-painted. Any bottle artwork is NOT refundable.

- In order to receive a full refund, the artwork must have NO damages, and a return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.

- I have the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Paintings: All paintings that are listed for sale are ready to ship. Items generally ship out within 24 hours of purchase.

Prints: Prints take 1-2 weeks to create. Rush orders are available upon request.

Apparel: Any clothing purchased has a production time of 1-2 weeks.

All items are shipped with tracking and insurance. Signature requirement is added for any items over $500.

Items that are over $100 come with free complimentary shipping. For orders that are under $100, the shipping is $10.

All orders are shipped with FedEx Express 2-day shipping (If FedEx is unavailable, your order will be shipped with USPS or UPS.)
